Billick to Present at Conference

Bloomington—BLOOMINGTON—Rebecca Billick, Associate Attorney at Andrews, Harrell, Mann, Carmin & Parker, PC, has been invited to present at the 2011 Indiana Education Transformation Conference - Indiana’s Future: Navigating New Demands & New Directions. The conference will be held at the Indianapolis Conference Center on November 15, 2011. The title of Rebecca’s presentation is “School Choice Issues in Indiana: Sifting through the Rhetoric.”  Indiana’s Future is the state’s premier educational event for bridging the divide between today’s schools and tomorrow’s world.

Rebecca’s focus of law includes education law and family law, including divorce, adoptions, and guardianships. Rebecca is a member of the Indiana Bar Association and a registered Domestic Relations Mediator focusing on high-conflict families. She is a licensed School Counselor, Therapeutic Foster Parent, and a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
