Bloomington—Andrews, Harrell, Mann, Carmin & Parker is very pleased to welcome Rebecca Billick to AHMCP as an associate attorney focusing on Education law and Family law, including divorce, adoptions, and guardianships.
Rebecca graduated in 2010 from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and served as an Intern for the Indiana Judicial Center Supreme Court Subcommittee on Parent Coordinators. Locally, Rebecca served as a Law Clerk for the Monroe County Circuit Court VII, Honorable Stephen Galvin. She also served as Research Assistant for the Center for Education and Evaluation Policy.
Rebecca is a registered Domestic Relations Mediator focusing on high-conflict families, a licensed School Counselor, Therapeutic Foster Parent, and a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts as well as the Indiana Bar Association.
